GapCM at its core was built to provide a way to help fill gaps in calendars and increase occupancy and revenue.

GapCM was built during the pandemic and under a strict regulatory environment. Merging STVR Properties, Hotel Units, and Long Term Tenants across multiple property types into one management platform, GapCM has been used to successfully manage and host over 20,000 reservations across 3 countries and more than 60 properties since 2019.

• Normal STVRs, especially medium size businesses in multiple locations or Hotel-style STVRs can struggle to maintain high occupancy for many reasons
• GapCM helps leverage multi-unit or nearby properties to allow you additional, unique fronts to the marketplace using platforms like Airbnb. You can use our ICAL tools to create and manage offerings for multi-unit properties or multiple property groups.
